Including today, October 17, there are 19 days remaining before the Apocalypse! The eruption of Mt. Electoral! Sturm and drang with a chaser of weltschmerz. A catastrophic cocktail of confounding chaos and calamity. The sun might explode. The end of days! No more light. Earth is toast.

Or even worse, 19 days from now, none of the above happens. Kind of like no big deal. The System is intact. Nothing to see here. Get over it. It’s your fault if you are upset. Grow up. This is the real world. Do you not get that yet?! Shut up, quit whining, you petulant malcontents. You’ll have another chance to have your way. Except, the System doesn’t break. It barely bends. So, good luck with channeling your angst and attempting to throw a wrench into the machinery. If the System were easy to gum up, it would have happened by now. The System is infallible. The System works. In fact, if you try to mess with the System, you will be sorry. It does not tolerate logical reasoning or critical thinking, two strategies proven not to work. So, save yourself the pearl clutching, gnashing of teeth, the hand wringing. Go along and get along…

…the System provides for those that work with it. Accept that fact, and take what you can get, which could be a lot. You will still be free to feel you are making a difference, as long as you don’t let yourself think that will matter. The System is your friend, if you simply accept its purpose and importance. You will still be free to think. Just understand that thinking is as far as the System will let that go. Can you just finally accept that? If you are inclined to take action, just make sure it involves nothing more than being a dedicated consumer. Of stuff. That is true freedom. Consume and be content with those choices. Stop thinking there are other choices besides consuming the bounty that the System provides. Live and learn. If there are things you see or read about that distract you from you from your True Purpose to Consume, that is a sign of your weak-mindedness. The System does not create distractions. It works perfectly. Understood?

19 days. The System will be just fine on day 20 , 200 or even 2000. Just wait and see. Why would you want it to fail? It is infallible. There is no plug to pull. It is a perpetual motion machine. Whatever it produces must be the right outcome. Relax. Don’t be afraid. Enjoy the run-up to day 20. Halloween. Boo! Fear can be fun! Trick or treat. Such a fun distraction. Day 20 is just another day. Just another day. Just another day. Just…another…day…another…day…a day…

Okay, okay. Just messing with ya. Haha. To the ramparts! Storm the Bastille! Burn the whole damn thing to the ground! The System sucks. Gotta go. Don’t just think you can do it, know you can do it.
